Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

1) Where we ship
We ship to Germany, to many countries in the European Union / EFTA and to selected other countries. The countries actually available and the exact cost are shown to you at checkout.

2) Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. During busy periods or for customised items it can take a little longer. We will let you know if that happens.

3) Delivery times

  • Germany: approx. 1–3 working days
  • EU / EFTA: approx. 3–8 working days
  • Non-EU / international: approx. 5–14 working days

Delivery time starts once the shipping confirmation has been sent. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

4) Shipping costs
Shipping cost depends on the destination country and on the total weight of your order. Up to 1 kg we ship as a small packet, from 1 kg as a parcel. The binding amount is always shown to you at checkout.

  • Germany – up to 1 kg €5.14, from 1 kg €8.23. Free shipping from an order value of €35.00.
  • Zone 1 – core EU (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland) – up to 1 kg €5.62, from 1 kg €9.68. Free shipping from €60.00.
  • Zone 2 – southern EU and microstates (Andorra, Hungary, Italy, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City) – up to 1 kg €6.18, from 1 kg €9.74. Free shipping from €65.00.
  • Zone 3 – outer EU (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania) – up to 1 kg €6.67, from 1 kg €9.81. Free shipping from €75.00.
  • Zone 4 – Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom – up to 1 kg €7.12, from 1 kg €9.87. Free shipping from €65.00.
  • Zone 5 – Türkiye – up to 1 kg €7.58, from 1 kg €9.89. Free shipping from €75.00.
  • Zone 5 – rest of Europe (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine) – up to 1 kg €8.16, from 1 kg €9.92. Free shipping from €75.00.
  • Zone 6 – overseas (Cambodia, Canada, Iraq, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam) – up to 1 kg €9.21, from 1 kg €9.96. Free shipping from €85.00.

If your order contains several items, you pay shipping only once – the total weight is what counts. Discount codes are deducted from the order value before the free-shipping threshold is checked; if this brings the order value below the threshold, shipping costs apply again. The amount shown at checkout is always the binding one. Amounts are in euros; if you are viewing prices in another currency, the equivalent amount applies.

5) Carrier & tracking
We ship with DHL. Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email.

6) Partial deliveries
If an item ships later, partial deliveries may occur in exceptional cases. This does not cost you any additional shipping.

7) Customs & import charges (outside the EU)
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These are payable by you and are not covered by us.

8) Undeliverable / wrong address
Please check your delivery address. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again – possibly against renewed shipping costs.

9) Transport damage
Please report visible transport damage directly to the carrier where possible and contact us with photos so we can help quickly – at the latest 5 days after delivery.
